Lens Jammies Variety Pack (LJ-001)

$20

Lens Jammies - comfortable attire for your lenses while they rest in your backpack or camera bag.

Use Lens Jammies to protect lenses, flashes, flash triggers, tripod heads and more. XL size even fits a camera with a lens mounted!

  • Generous openings so you can insert and remove items without a struggle.
  • Easily accommodates tripod collar mounts and large lens hoods.
  • Lens cases supplied by manufacturers are bulky and stiff, wasting valuable backpack space. Lens Jammies are soft and supple, conforming to the shape of the lens.
  • Makes inserting and removing lenses into your backpack pockets easier.
  • Protects from dust and scratches.
  • Helps reduce the risk of dropping a lens. Bags and cords are easy to grip and handle.
  • Each Lens Jammie includes a customizable ID tag to label the item stored.

This variety pack is a collection of luxurious microfiber bags in four essential sizes (package contains one of each size - S, M, L, XL)

  • Small - 4.5 x 7.5 in (12 x 19 cm) - fits lenses up to a 3.5" diameter.
  • Medium - 6 x 9 in (16 x 23 cm) - fits lenses up to a 4.5" diameter.
  • Large - 8 x 11 in (20 x 28 cm) - fits lenses up to a 5.5" diameter.
  • Xtra Large - 10 x 16 in (25 x 40 cm) - fits lenses up to a 6.5" diameter.

Here are some ways our customers use Lens Jammies:

  • Wipe off the lens barrel to remove dust or moisture before removing it from your camera to minimize risk of debris falling into your camera's sensor area.
  • When packing for a short trip, wrap your camera and lenses in Lens Jammies and store them for travel in your suitcase or duffel among soft clothes. Leave your backpack at home!
  • Pull an "XL" Lens Jammie over your tripod-mounted camera and lens to keep it dust-free between shots when shooting outdoors.
  • Keep your camera protected from scratches caused by metal clasps or buckles on camera straps while they are carried in a backpack. Tuck it into a Lens Jammie.
  • Please note that when drawstrings are pulled to close the Lens Jammie, a small opening remains at the top due to the bulk of the compressed fabric.

Perfect for my situation

I wanted a storage solution for my backpack that was substantial enough to protect my gear from other gear I was carrying, but thin enough to make better use of my storage space. This assortment provides me with most of the sizes I need and the material the bags are made from is thick enough to provide the protection I was looking for. Being microfiber, I can also use the bags to clean my gear. The one piece of gear that I hoped to store that isn't covered adequately is my Canon R7 with my Canon 100-500mm F4.5-71 lens mounted. It kinda fits in the XL bag, but with the lens hood installed, it doesn't cover the back of the camera. I got an XXL for that combo and it's plenty large enough to accommodate the gear. I made a sleeve out of Reflectix to fit over the lens to give it a little extra protection and to soften the hard edges and angles of the tripod collar. To Kevin Hood's complaint about the gap when you close the drawstring, that is to be expected with thick material. Yes, you can lose small items through the gap, but the thickness of the fabric that causes the gap is what provides the protection. I'm happy to put up with the gap.

Were Not What the pictures & descriptions Claimed

When you pull the drawstrings to close the bag there is a gap left at the top. I do use a camera bag, but the pictures & descriptions showed the bags completely closing.

This was my first time trying these lenses bags and it will truly be my last.

None better for the job

Recently purchased a Lens Jammies Variety Pack and am more than pleased with them. Excellent materials and workmanship. The included plastic tags use a solid attachment and the offer to provide free customized labels is a real testament to their customer appreciation. The Jammies have been used for lenses, cameras, small electronics, shoe mount flashes and those smaller accessories that can too easily become lost in a camera case or backpack. A great value for the money

Lens Jammies

I ordered these to protect my lens and they do the job. The large even covers my Canon EOS R with the 24-240 attached. I talked to Del about making covers for filters and he is looking into those also.
